Our private personal training can be used by anyone of any age, for one-on-one, couples, or small group training.
Options include 30-minute sessions before/after work or during lunch, a 45- minute session that is the “just right amount of time”, or a 60- minute training session to really pace yourself and add on some stretching; the option is yours.
You do not need to be a member of MoveMeant Fitness to use personal training
