1. Due to limited wait space, please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to class start time.
  2. Please bring water in a sealed unbreakable container and your own yoga mat and/or towel are recommended for most Group Fitness Classes.
  3. Please wear appropriate fitness clothing and footwear for optimal movement and safety.
  4. Our instructors are there to assist, so please do not hesitate to ask an instructor any question(s) about form or technique.
  5. Please leave cell phones off during class, Thank you.   
  6. Due to inclement weather and/or unforeseen circumstances, classes maybe cancelled from time to time, your classes will be credited. 
  7. There is a 60 minute cancellation policy, if you cannot make the class you registered for, the class will be taken off your class package.
  8. If there are fewer than 3 people checked into a class, class may be cancelled within an hour of class time, please check in.
  9. If there is a wait list for your class, it will be locked out 60 minutes before class.
  10. Be aware that class packages have a sale date and an expiration date and classes will expire if not used by the date. Thank you!
